Rangers A-Z
Consisting of 1 day classes througout the year. Rangers A-Z training will take you through all your advancement levels in an easy to consume format, additional hands on skills training is also baked in.
You'll make new relationships with leaders around the state as well increase your Rangers IQ.
As an Outpost leader You have the opportunity to reach hundreds of boys and lead them
threw the path of salvation and Christ like servanthood life styes. In order to do this you
must first walk the path of leadership training that will help make you the best leader
you could be. This path will help you understand the leadership material for the boys
and teach you new ways to reach them in a way that will be fun an exiting to both the
boys and yourself. We will help you obtain four levels of advancement. In a very short
time frame you will be able to obtain your Ready, Safety, Trained and advanced training
certifications and patches. Let us help you be the best that you can be.
Sessions cover:
- First/Aid CPR Certification
- WCO (World Class Outpost Seminar)
- Ranger Basics
- Ranger Essentials
- Skills Training (Ropecraft, Compass,etc)
- Lunch
- Overnight Lodging if coming early
