DESCRIPTION:Training Academy (TA) represents the process by which individuals attain ce
 rtification to teach district-level training programs. Training Academies a
 re conducted under the direction of a regional training coordinator in coop
 eration with the district training coordinators in that area. Basic qualifi
 cations to attend a Training Academy include:\n\n - Complete the ADVANCED l
 evel of the Outpost Leader Advancement Levels (OLAL) (https://royalrangers.
 com/training/adult/OLAL)\n - Read the Royal Rangers Leader Manual (https://
 myhealthychurch.com/store/startitem.cfm?item=022170&cat=iRRtrain&ma
 stercat=&path=iRRtrain)\n - Serve as an assistant instructor for at lea
 st 3 sessions of Ranger Essentials (https://royalrangers.com/training/adult
 /district) at a district training event, with an Instructor Trainer (IT) co
 mpleting an evaluation during each of those sessions. \n - Be recommended b
 y district/network director\n - Score 95% or higher on the Training Academy
  open resource test (which must be accomplished prior to receiving a Traini
