DESCRIPTION:<p>Training Academy (TA) represents the process by which individuals attain
  certification to teach district-level training programs. Training Academie
 s are conducted under the direction of a regional training coordinator in c
 ooperation with the district training coordinators in that area. Basic qual
 ifications to attend a Training Academy include:</p><ul><li>Complete the AD
 VANCED level of the <a href="https://royalrangers.com/training/adult/OLAL">
 Outpost Leader Advancement Levels (OLAL)</a></li><li>Read the <a href="http
 s://myhealthychurch.com/store/startitem.cfm?item=022170&amp;cat=iRRtrain&am
 p;mastercat=&amp;path=iRRtrain">Royal Rangers Leader Manual</a></li><li>Ser
 ve as an assistant instructor for at least 3 sessions of <a href="https://r
 oyalrangers.com/training/adult/district">Ranger Essentials</a> at a distric
 t training event, with an Instructor Trainer (IT) completing an evaluation 
 during each of those sessions. </li><li>Be recommended by district/network 
 director</li><li>Score 95% or higher on the Training Academy open resource 
 test (which must be accomplished prior to receiving a Training Academy teac
 hing assignment)</li></ul>
